The Governing Council of Federal Polytechnic Oko has officially ratified the election of Dr. Ferguson Ezeokafor as the new Deputy Rector, Administration.
The Rector, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, presented the letter of appointment to Dr. Ezeokafor on 16th December 2025, acting on behalf of the Council Chairman, Sen. Engr. Dr. Barnabas Gemade.
Dr. Ezeokafor is set to formally assume office on 17th December 2025, following the expiration of the tenure of the outgoing Deputy Rector, Administration, Dr. Kenneth Ezekwe. His appointment is for a single tenure of four years.
During a formal handover ceremony, Dr. Ezekwe congratulated Dr. Ezeokafor and urged him to faithfully execute the responsibilities of the office, emphasizing the importance of dedication for the continued growth and success of the Polytechnic.
