Federal University Gashua to Confer Honorary Doctorate Degrees

The Federal University Gashua (FUGA) is set to confer Honorary Doctorate Degrees on six distinguished Nigerians as part of its Maiden Combined Convocation Ceremony. The awardees have made significant contributions to national development, education, leadership, and public service.

The recipients include Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; Hon. Mai Mala Buni, Executive Governor of Yobe State; Senator Ibrahim Gaidam, Minister of Police Affairs; Senator Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan, former President of the Senate; HRH Justice Sidi Bage Muhammad I, Emir of Lafia and former Supreme Court Justice; and Alhaji Bukar Goni Aji, former Head of Civil Service of the Federation.

The university will celebrate these exceptional leaders for their dedication to service and nation-building.
