Federal University Lokoja Extends Deadline for Kogi State Bursary Award

The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University Lokoja, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, and his management team recently received a delegation from the Kogi State Scholarship Board, led by Chairman Mr. Afolabi Raji, along with student representatives.

The purpose of the visit was to inform the University Management about the ongoing online registration and pre-qualification exercise for Kogi State students enrolled in various tertiary institutions across Nigeria to benefit from the State Government's Bursary Award.
The deadline for the exercise has been extended to May 7, 2024, and eligible students are encouraged to register and take advantage of the opportunity.
Professor Akinwumi urged FUL students who are Kogi indigenes to visit the link on the e-flyer to register appropriately and benefit from the bursary award. He also encouraged the students to disseminate the information widely to enable their colleagues to respond accordingly within the stipulated time.
