A viral video that had the online community in stitches featured a young lady who mistakenly mentioned another man's name instead of her boyfriend's during a surprise gift exchange. In the video, the lady had placed flowers and a cake on the car that she was set to receive as part of a loyalty test but ended up departing. Screenshots of her WhatsApp conversations with her boyfriend were also shared, revealing her struggles with getting his name right.

The lady in question, identified as Irene Benjamin from Tanzania, was subjected to a loyalty test shortly after her graduation.

She was still wearing her graduation gown when she was astounded by flowers, a cake, and a car, all orchestrated by her boyfriend through a popular Tanzanian TikToker, Okrahvevo. This content creator had been in touch with Irene before the surprise, explaining that her boyfriend had employed him as a conduit to deliver these extraordinary gifts.

Upon surprising Irene in a parking lot, the TikToker presented her with the gifts, but she initially thought it was a prank and refused to accept them. He assured her that the gifts were indeed meant for her. The pivotal moment arrived when he informed Irene that she could take possession of the car only if she correctly identified her boyfriend's name. Irene, a bit hesitant, requested the camera to be turned off, considering it a private matter. However, the camera continued rolling, and she eventually ventured a guess: "Ben."

The interviewer promptly contacted the man who had sent him, revealing Irene's response. It turned out that Ben was not her boyfriend's name, and he was left utterly shocked. When Ben tried to call Irene, she instructed the interviewer not to answer the call and returned the flowers, cake, and the car keys before making her exit.

Irene, in her defense, explained to CloudsMedia that Ben was her father's name and that her boyfriend had asked her what she wanted for her graduation. She shared screenshots of her WhatsApp conversation with him. She expressed her reluctance to mention names during the interview, and to avoid any embarrassment, she resorted to using her father's name, Ben. The interviewer then contacted her boyfriend, leading her to panic and hang up the call. Nevertheless, she later received the car when her boyfriend contacted her sister, and she was able to explain the misunderstanding.
