Female Student Breaks Tradition, Emerges Principal Partner of Amina Augie Chamber

Hafeezoh Imameleshinla, a 400-level Law student at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS), has become the first female Principal Partner of Amina Augie Chamber in the Faculty of Law. Her appointment was announced on September 6 at the chamber's handing-over ceremony.

Ms. Hafeezoh has a strong background in leadership, having served in various capacities within the chamber, including Deputy Welfare Director, Welfare Director, and Chief Magistrate. As Principal Partner, she aims to make the chamber a model of excellence in advocacy, research, and mentorship.

Ms. Hafeezoh expressed confidence in her ability to lead the chamber, stating, "What a man can do, a woman can do as well. My predecessor has done it in the past, and I am very sure I can do it too."
