FUKASHERE Announces Matriculation Ceremony 2023/2024

As a new student at the Federal University of Kashere (FUKASHERE), you are about to embark on an exciting academic journey, starting with the matriculation ceremony for the 2023/2024 session.

The matriculation exercise is scheduled for Monday, 6th February 2024 at 10:00 am. It will be held at the University Multipurpose Indoor Sports Hall. This is an event where you, as a fresh student, will be formally inducted into the university community.

Matriculation Requirements for Fresh Students

To ensure your matriculation process is hassle-free, please adhere to the following requirements:

i. Completion of Registration and Documentation

• Ensure you are fully registered and documented at your respective Department and the Admission Office.
• The deadline for this process is Friday, 2nd February 2024.

ii. Payment for Hiring of Academic Gown and Issuance of Oath Form

• A fee of ₦1,000.00 is required for the hiring of an academic gown and the issuance of the Matriculation Oath Form.
• Make your payment through Remitaand validate it at the Cash Office of the Bursary Department.
• A receipt of payment must be presented to your Faculty Officer to receive your gown and Oath Form.
• Collection of gowns and Oath forms starts from Thursday, 1st February 2024.

iii. Returning Hired Academic Gowns and the Matriculation Oath Forms

• After the ceremony, ensure to return the academic gown and the filled Matriculation Oath Form to the Faculty Officer.
• The deadline for the return is Monday, 12th February 2024.
• Be aware that a late return fee of ₦200.00 per day will be charged for gowns returned after the stipulated date.
