The Federal University Lokoja (FUL) served as the host for the 2024 Society of Nigeria Theatre Artists (SONTA) International Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM), which convened esteemed scholars and theatre practitioners from across the nation. The conference was themed “Theatre, Historical Legacies and the Future of Ethnic Nationalities in Nigeria,” highlighting the critical role of theatre in addressing contemporary societal challenges.
