FULafia Postpones Pre-Qualifying Examination for Postgraduate Applicants
The Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA) has rescheduled its pre-qualifying examination for postgraduate applicants to November 9, 2024, due to local government elections in Nasarawa State.

The management of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), College of Postgraduate Studies, has announced a change in the date for the pre-qualifying examination for prospective applicants of the 2023/2024 academic session. Originally scheduled for Saturday, November 2, 2024, the examination has now been postponed to Saturday, November 9, 2024.
The adjustment follows the Nasarawa State Government's announcement of local government elections on November 2, 2024, leading to the rescheduling. The new examination date will commence at 9:00 a.m.
The venues remain as follows:
- Respective departments at the FULafia Permanent Site Campus, Makurdi Road, Lafia, for in-person applicants.
- Social Work applicants will have their examination at the Takeoff Site Campus, Maraban Akunza, Obi Road, Lafia.
- Online program participants will sit for their exams virtually on the same day.
The management urges all candidates to adhere strictly to the revised schedule and comply with the stated requirements for the examination.
