All Students Benefit as Admiralty University of Nigeria Waives Tuition Fees

In a groundbreaking move that reflects its recent elevation to federal university status, the Admiralty University of Nigeria (ADUN), established by the Nigerian Navy, has announced the immediate waiving of tuition fees for all students.

This decision aligns ADUN with the practices of other federal universities across the nation, making higher education more accessible to a broader range of students.

Effective immediately, ADUN will require students to pay only certain approved charges, including an acceptance fee of N75,000 for newly admitted students, an optional accommodation fee of N100,000, and a hostel maintenance fee of N30,000. This strategic shift not only alleviates the financial burden on students and their families but also positions ADUN as a competitive choice among federal institutions in Nigeria.

Accommodation and Charges

The university will provide accommodation primarily for first-year and final-year students, while remaining students will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent on the availability of bed spaces. Students will have the option to choose between on-campus or off-campus living arrangements, catering to diverse needs and preferences.
