FULafia Senate Honors Prof. M.S. Audu with Excellence Award

The Federal University Lokoja (FULafia) Senate has honored Professor Mohammed Suleiman Audu with the prestigious Excellence Service Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the university. The award was presented during the university's 91st Senate meeting on April 24, 2025.

Professor Audu, who recently completed two consecutive tenures as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), received a standing ovation from Senate members, underscoring the deep respect he commands within the university community. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Olayemi Akinwumi, praised Professor Audu's leadership, citing his contributions to enhancing academic programs and shaping the institution's direction.

The Senate Leader, Professor Ola-Rotimi Ajayi, also commended Professor Audu's stabilizing influence on university governance, highlighting his ability to navigate complex issues with calmness and decisiveness. The award ceremony marked a significant milestone in the university's recognition of exemplary service and commitment to institutional development.
