FULOKOJA Students Among Beneficiaries of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s ₦24M Educational Fund
FULOKOJA students are selected as beneficiaries of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s ₦24 million educational fund, with disbursements starting tomorrow.
Federal University Lokoja (FULOKOJA) students have been named among the 41 beneficiaries of the Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan (NAU) Tertiary Educational Fund for July 2024. The announcement was made by Senator Natasha H. Akpoti-Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly, on her verified Facebook page.
The selection process, which evaluated thousands of applications, focused on students from Kogi Central currently enrolled in public tertiary institutions across Nigeria. Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan disclosed that ₦2 million from the ₦24 million yearly fund will be disbursed tomorrow, with the selection process for August applications beginning immediately.

Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, Vice-Chancellor of FUL, expressed deep appreciation for Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan’s continuous support of education in the region. He lauded the senator's efforts, which have provided critical financial aid to students and their families since the initiative began in January.
