The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta International School (FUNIS) is poised to celebrate its 20th anniversary, honoring two decades of delivering quality education to its students. The milestone celebration will commence with a series of events designed to reflect on the school’s achievements and future aspirations.
According to a statement from Principal Mr. Olusola Ilori, the festivities will kick off with a Jumat Service on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 1:00 PM, held at the University Mosque. This will be followed by an Anniversary Lecture on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 9:30 AM in the PTA Auditorium. The lecture will feature distinguished speakers who will discuss the school's progress over the past two decades and outline plans for its future growth.
The celebrations will culminate in a Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Chapel of Grace, welcoming students, parents, alumni, staff, and members of the public to participate in this significant milestone in FUNIS's history.
