Akure, Nigeria - In a remarkable achievement, Oluwanifemi Favour Olajuyigbe, a recent graduate of the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), has emerged as the winner of the prestigious 2023 Association of Professional Women Engineers of Nigeria (APWEN) award for the Best Graduating Female Student in Engineering in Nigeria. Miss Olajuyigbe, hailing from the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, secured this remarkable honor by achieving a remarkable CGPA of 4.93, making her the top-performing female engineering student in Nigeria for 2023.

The coveted award was officially presented to her during the Association's Annual International Conference and Annual General Meeting held on September 20th, 2023, at the Chida Event Centre in Utako, Abuja.
