FUTES-Iyin Warns Prospective Students Against Admission Fraud, Insists on JAMB CAPS Process

The Federal University of Technology and Environmental Sciences, Iyin-Ekiti (FUTES-IYIN), has warned prospective students and the general public against admission fraud, stressing that all admissions into the institution must follow the approved Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) process.

The university clarified that it does not offer admission directly to candidates outside the established JAMB admission system. It stated that all admissions are processed through JAMB’s Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

FUTES-IYIN further cautioned candidates that receiving an admission offer through JAMB does not automatically complete the admission process. Candidates are required to accept their offers on JAMB CAPS within the stipulated deadline, warning that failure to do so could result in the withdrawal of the admission offer.
