The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) has formally admitted 7,099 new students during its 37th Matriculation Ceremony for the 2024/2025 academic session. The ceremony was held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the Suleiman Kumo Convocation Square.
The university's leadership reaffirmed its dedication to creating a supportive and healthy learning environment for its students. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) warned the newly admitted students against self-medication and encouraged them to utilize the University Health Services.
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor also emphasized the benefits of participating in sports and extracurricular activities for physical and mental well-being, leadership development, and teamwork.
