The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) has honored 19 academic staff members for their outstanding contributions to scholarly research. The recipients were recognized during the 5th Researchers and Inventors Award Ceremony, held on June 16, 2025.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, commended the awardees for their remarkable academic achievements, noting that their dedication enhances the university's national and global reputation. The awardees were recognized for publishing in top-tier Q1 journals, with one recipient also honored for securing an international research grant.
