The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMinna) hosted accreditation teams from the National Universities Commission (NUC) on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Academic Publishing Centre, Main Campus. The teams were tasked with assessing academic programmes, including Plant Biology, Statistics, Animal Biology, Microbiology, Geology, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity Sciences.

Welcoming the teams, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, acknowledged the significance of the accreditation exercise in enhancing educational standards. He noted that the reviews and feedback would serve as a platform for institutional improvement.
