Gombe State University Gets Approval for Agriculture Degree Programs

Gombe State University has received approval from the National Universities Commission to offer degree programs in the Faculty of Agriculture for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The university will offer nine programs under the faculty, including B. Agriculture,  Fisheries & Aquaculture, Forestry Resource and Wildlife Management,  Animal Science, Soil Science, Agricultural Economics,  Agricultural Extension, Crop Science, andHorticulture and Landscape Management.

Candidates who have applied for admission and scored 150 points and above with relevant subject combinations can change their course through the JAMB admission portal if interested in the new programs. The University's management is excited about the new programs and believes they will contribute to the development of the community and the nation.
