Governor Yahaya Bello Praised FUL VC, Prof. Akinwumi's efforts during the official unveiling and commissioning of the new administrative block at the Federal Teaching Hospital Lokoja (FTHL).

The Governor, who was ably represented by the SSG, Dr. Folashade Ayoade Arike during the official unveiling and commissioning of the new administrative block at the Federal Teaching Hospital Lokoja (FTHL) held recently, lauded Prof. Olayemi Akinwumi's giant stride in introducing medical programmes in FUL, upgrade/conversion of the former Federal Medical Centre to FTHL, and particularly for giving more priority to Kogi indigenes in the MB;BS admission process. 

Some of the dignitaries who graced the auspicious occasion included the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr. Zakari Usman; Chief Medical Director, FTHL, Dr. Olatunde Alabi; and the Provost, FUL College of Health Sciences (FULCOHS), Prof. Ozovehe Mike Ogirima, mni; amongst others.
