Dr. Nurudeen Mu'azu Maifata CLN, the Acting Rector of Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia, attended a 2-day Sensitization Workshop organized by the Nasarawa State Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation. The workshop, which focused on administrators and policymakers, aimed at revamping technical and vocational education in Nasarawa State.
The event, held at the Wing Commander Ibrahim Abdullahi Vocational Training Institute in Lafia, saw the participation of high-profile government functionaries, including the Honourable Commissioner for Science, Technology and Innovation, Samuel Emgba, and the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Aisha Rufai Ibrahim.
The workshop is part of the state's efforts to strengthen vocational and technical education, ensuring it meets the needs of both the local and national economy.
