Kaduna Polytechnic Student Union Government Condemns Attack on Student, Calls for Calmness

The Student Union Government (SUG) of Kaduna Polytechnic has condemned the recent attack on Muktar Ibrahim, a student from the Public Administration department, who was stabbed by an unidentified individual on August 23rd, 2024.

According to a statement released by the SUG, Muktar Ibrahim is currently receiving medical treatment at 44 Hospital and is in a stable condition. The school management is cooperating with the authorities to ensure the perpetrator is apprehended and brought to justice promptly.

The SUG President, Comr. Usman Ashir (Shadow), visited Muktar Ibrahim at the hospital to show solidarity and support from the entire student body. The SUG urges all students to remain calm, stay alert, and report any suspicious activities to the school authorities or security personnel immediately.

The incident occurred at around 9:00 pm near the Chemical Engineering department, and the school management is working to ensure the safety and welfare of all students within the campus premises.
