Kaduna State University Releases Comprehensive 2025/2026 Academic Calendar

The Directorate of Academic Planning at Kaduna State  (KASU) has officially published the approved academic calendar for the 2025/2026 session, outlining key dates for both the first and second semesters.

The calendar provides a detailed schedule for screening, course registration, lectures, examinations, and breaks, offering clarity for all fresh and returning students regarding the upcoming academic year.

The first semester officially commences with student resumption on January 5, 2026, although screening and course registration begin earlier, running from December 8, 2025, to January 23, 2026.

The second semester is scheduled to begin immediately following the first semester break on June 29, 2026, with classes extending through October before final examinations.

The document confirms that the new academic session (2027/2028) is slated to begin on January 4, 2027. Students and faculty are advised to adhere strictly to these dates to ensure a smooth academic cycle.
