KASU Registrar holds Interactive Session with Registry Staff

In the bid for the Registry Department of Kaduna State University to be strategic, result-oriented, and to deliver excellent support service to the various organs of KASU towards attaining its vision of becoming a world-class standard university, the Registrar of the University, Samira Balarabe, Esq, organised a one-day interactive session for staff of the Registry Department. 

The programme took place on Thursday, 14th September  2023 at the 1000-seater capacity auditorium. 

In her remarks, the Registrar spoke on understanding the Registry Department, the need to increase efficiency and effectiveness, the importance of transformation, continuous professional development, process improvement, data management and security as well as customer service orientation.

'Transforming the Kaduna State University's Registry Department is crucial for our department's success and the overall advancement of the university. By embracing technology, investing in professional development,  fostering collaboration, improving processes, prioritizing customer service, ensuring data security, and measuring performance, we can increase the chances of successful implementation. 

'Let us work together to make our department a model of efficiency, effectiveness and excellence in service delivery,' said Balarabe.

The interaction was a huge success as the staff of the department gave assurances of their commitment to attain the set goals and objectives of the current administration.
