The Executive Secretary of the Kogi State Emergency Management Agency (KGSEMA), Alh Mouktar Atimah, has emphasized the importance of the Kogi State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Idah, as a valuable partner in the training of personnel on health-related issues and disaster management.

In light of this collaboration, Alh Mouktar Atimah, along with his dedicated team, paid a working visit to the college to discuss potential areas of partnership. During the visit, the issue of erosion threatening the college was also brought to the forefront. The Executive Secretary assured the college management that he would relay their concerns to the appropriate government channels for intervention.

The meeting was attended by the Acting Provost, San. Umar Shaibu Anataku, and his management team. Dr. Musa A. Abdulazeez, Registrar, represented the college's management during the discussions.
