The initiative underscores the companies' commitment to preserving lives through effective storage solutions, particularly for temperature-sensitive vaccines and medications.

Spearheaded by Inclusive Energy UK in collaboration with Koolboks, the donation aims to empower LASUTH's pharmacy to store vaccines and other cold chain medicines efficiently, without relying on the erratic public power supply, which often leads to disruptions.

During the product presentation ceremony held at the hospital, Dr. Bamidele Ayodele, Deputy Director of Clinical Services and Training, representing the Chief Medical Director of LASUTH, Professor Adetokunbo O. Fabamwo, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Koolboks and Inclusive Energy UK for their thoughtful gesture. He emphasized the critical role of reliable storage systems in maintaining the potency of vaccines, especially given the challenges posed by irregular electricity supply.

The donation was also praised by Pharm S. A. Lateef, the Head of Department of Pharmacy at LASUTH, who hailed it as a significant contribution to the hospital's cold chain management.
