LASU Announces Undergraduate Resumption Date for 2024/2025 Academic Session

Lagos State University (LASU) has officially announced that all students, both returning and fresh, are expected to resume for the 2024/2025 academic session on Monday, November 18, 2024. This announcement was made by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, mni, NPOM, during an interactive session with staff on the LACACA 2024/2025 Exercise for newly admitted students.

The meeting took place on Thursday, October 3, 2024, in the Senate Chamber of the Babatunde Raji Fashola Senate Building at the LASU main campus in Ojo. Prof. Olatunji-Bello highlighted that the goal of the upcoming academic session is to complete the clearance process before academic activities commence, ensuring timely matriculation for all cleared students.

To ensure a smooth process, the Vice Chancellor urged all officers involved in the clearance process to adhere strictly to their designated roles. She emphasized the importance of following established workflows and maintaining the integrity of the process by avoiding any preferential treatment or external influences.
