LASU Notice: Submission of Biodata for Graduating Students 2022/2023

Lagos State University (LASU) has issued a notice regarding the submission of bio-data forms for the production of certificates for the 2022/2023 graduating students. The Examination and Records Division has initiated preparations for certificate production to ensure that certificates are readily available for collection by graduates following the upcoming 27th Convocation Ceremonies scheduled to hold between May and June 2024.

Important Details:
- Graduating students are required to upload their information on the university website at lasu.edu.ng/graduates_certificates/index.php to generate bio-data for certificate production.
- This proactive measure aims to facilitate the timely production of certificates due to the significant number of graduating students expected.
- Graduating students must submit the following documents to their respective faculty offices on or before the close of work on Friday, March 22, 2024:
- Copy of the student’s online academic profile
- Copy of the duly completed online bio-data form
- Passport photograph with a white background attached to the biodata form

Note: Faculties are responsible for collating and forwarding the submitted documents to the Examination and Records Division for certificate processing.
It is imperative for graduating students to adhere to the submission deadline and ensure all required documents are provided accurately. This process is crucial for expediting the certificate production process and ensuring a seamless transition for graduates.
