During his talk, Professor Onafalujo explained different kinds of insurance annuities to the audience. He made sure they understood both the good and not-so-good sides of each type. He also talked about two main types of investments: physical and financial. He pointed out that financial investments, like stocks or bonds, can be better for managing risks and supporting pensions, especially for people over 60 years old.
