LASU Releases Certificate Collection Requirements for 28th Convocation Ceremony

Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the necessary documents required for the collection of certificates by graduates of the Full-Time Programme, Open and Distance Learning and Research Institute (ODLRI), and the Sandwich Degree (Ojo Campus) ahead of its 28th Convocation Ceremony. The convocation is scheduled to hold between April 3 and April 10, 2025.

Graduates from the aforementioned categories must provide the following documents to collect their certificates:

1. Original Notification of Result (or Payment Receipt)

2. Duly Completed Online Graduating Students Clearance Form

3. Payment Receipt of #53,500 for Certificate & Convocation Package

4. Recent Academic Profile

5. Alumni Payment Receipt - #1000

6. Faculty Clearance to Prove Return/Non-Collection of Academic Gown & Cap

7. Valid Means of Identification (NIN, Driver’s License, LASSRA, Voter’s Card, or International Passport)

Requirements for Graduates from Abeokuta, Ilesa, and Oyo Campuses

Graduates from LASU’s affiliate campuses in Abeokuta, Ilesa, and Oyo are also required to present a set of documents for certificate collection. These include:

1. Original Notification of Results (or Payment Receipt)

2. Duly Signed Clearance Letter from the Affiliate Institution
