On Friday, July 12, 2024, Major General MLD Saraso, General Officer Commanding (GOC) 1 Division, paid an official visit to Major General JO Ochai, Commandant of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA). The visit, conducted under the directives of the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General TA Lagbaja, centered on critical operational and administrative matters.
The high-level meeting, attended by the Deputy Commandant of the NDA and staff officers from both the NDA and HQ 1 Division, was marked by productive and fruitful discussions. The primary aim of the visit was to strengthen the existing rapport between the two formations and enhance their collaborative efforts in fulfilling their respective mandates.
