He recounted his encounter with a secretary who not only demanded a bribe but also requested snacks from him to expedite his request for a statement of result.
@UncleCCA explained that he visited the WASSCE office in Yaba ten years ago to request his statement of result to be sent to a school in the United States. Anxious to receive it promptly, he sought expedited service and was directed to meet the secretary.
