A Nigerian mother, identified as Iphie, has raised concerns regarding the alleged misuse of her daughter's contact information by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). According to Iphie, a staff member at a JAMB registration center contacted her using the phone number she had used to set up her daughter's profile for the JAMB examination.

In response to the allegations, JAMB assured Iphie that it does not tolerate breaches of data privacy and pledged to investigate the matter swiftly.
