The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has issued a stern ultimatum to Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State, demanding the reversal of a recent 100% increase in school fees at state-owned institutions.

Addressing reporters after a crucial meeting at the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Ogungbe Taiwo, Chairman of NANS in Osun State, expressed dissatisfaction with the state government's handling of student welfare issues. Taiwo lamented the lack of inclusion of student representatives in government deliberations and accused the government of making empty promises regarding student welfare.
