NAUB Fresh Students Registration Guidelines 2024/2025

Welcome to an essential update for all newly admitted candidates to the Nigerian Army University Biu (NAUB).

Commencement of Clearance and Registration

The university has scheduled the clearance and registration of fresh students to commence on Monday, 4th March 2024. The activities are planned to run daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Academic Affairs Division, Temporary Site of the University.

Required Documents for Clearance

As you prepare for this critical phase of your academic journey, it’s essential to have all your documents in order. The university mandates the presentation of original copies of the following documents for the clearance process:

  • JAMB Admission Letter (Institutional Copy)
  • JAMB Result Slip for UTME Candidates
  • JAMB Acknowledgement Slip for Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
  • O’ Levels Certificate/Statement of Result (Browse Copy)
  • A’ Levels Certificate/Statement of Result for DE Candidates
  • Certificate of Birth/Declaration of Age
  • Certificate of Primary Education
  • Certificate of Origin /Indigene
  • POST UTME/DE Screening Form with Payment Receipt
  • Two Passport Photographs

These documents are crucial for verifying your eligibility and academic qualifications. Ensure that each document is valid and clearly legible to avoid any delays in your registration process.

Duration and Late Registration

The clearance and registration exercise is strictly bound by time. It will span two (2) weeks from the commencement date. It’s imperative to adhere to this schedule to ensure a smooth transition into your new academic environment. For those unable to complete their registration within this timeframe, a late registration period of one week is available. However, be advised that late registration incurs a penalty fee of ₦5,000.
