New Venue Announced for 12th All-Nigeria Universities Debating Championship

The All-Nigeria Universities Debating Championship (ANUDC) Council has announced a change of venue for the 12th edition of the championship.

The University of Ilorin will now host the event, scheduled to take place from August 24th to 30th, 2025.

The ANUDC is a premier debating platform that brings together Nigeria's brightest student debaters, public speakers, and quizzers to showcase their skills and ideas. The championship aims to foster critical thinking, leadership, and nation-building among university students across the country.

The ANUDC has been a significant event in the Nigerian academic calendar since its inception in 2013. The championship has been hosted by various universities, with the 11th edition taking place at Veritas University, Abuja, in 2024. The event has consistently provided a platform for students to engage in intellectual discussions, promote critical thinking, and develop their public speaking skills.
