A Nigerian student, Miss Edeh Osinachi Jennifer, is set to play football in China. Reports reveal that Jennifer embarked on this journey after completing her Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). She is currently undergoing training with her U17 team in China.

Chairman of Educare, Alex Onyia, shared this information on his social media page, highlighting Jennifer's remarkable skill in football at a young age. He also mentioned her mother's concern about the sport becoming a significant distraction from her education.

"Her mother has been worried because football has become a major distraction to her daughter, and she wants her to stop,The program administrator counseled her mother to let her daughter be. He emphasized that stopping her will further affect her studies negatively", he wrote.

Onyia added that the program administrator had collaborated with Osinachi's mother and assured her of creating a balance between academics and football.
