In a remarkable display of academic excellence, Adekunle Emmanuel, a primary school pupil, has been awarded a full scholarship for his secondary education following an outstanding performance in the Evergreen mathematics Olympiad.

The Evergreen Foundation, renowned for nurturing young talents, organized the competition that brought together some of the brightest young minds from across the country. Adekunle distinguished himself by achieving an impressive score of 95.33 out of 100 in the mathematics category.

Following this, Evergreen College offered him a fully funded scholarship worth NGN 21 million. This scholarship covers the entirety of Adekunle’s secondary education, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder his academic journey. In addition to the scholarship, Adekunle’s academic prowess was further rewarded with a cash prize of NGN 250,000. This prize serves not only as a recognition of his current achievements but also as an investment in his potential for future success.
