Nkpolu-Oroworukwo Women Association Visits Rivers State University Vice-Chancellor

The Nkpolu-Oroworukwo Women Association on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor of Rivers State University as part of efforts to strengthen relations between the institution and its host community.

Led by the Association’s Chairperson, the delegation was warmly received by the Vice-Chancellor. Discussions during the visit focused on community development, women empowerment, and potential areas of collaboration between the University and the Nkpolu-Oroworukwo community.

In his response, the Vice-Chancellor expressed appreciation for the visit and reaffirmed the University’s commitment to fostering strong and productive partnerships with its surrounding communities.
