Northwest University Kano Mourns the Loss of Level 100 Student, Khadija Aminu Abdullahi

The Northwest University Kano community is in mourning following the announcement of the passing of Khadija Aminu Abdullahi, a first-year student in the Department of Library and Information Science.

In an official statement released by the Students’ Union Government (SUG), President-Elect Abduljalil Abdullahi Uba (ABABUBA) expressed deep sorrow on behalf of the entire student body. He described the loss of the Level 100 student (Registration No: UG/24/LIS/1140) as a significant blow to the university community.

"On behalf of the Students’ Union Government, I extend my heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones," the statement read. The leadership offered prayers for the deceased, asking for divine forgiveness and the strength for her family to endure this difficult period.

The university community has been urged to remember the family of the departed in their thoughts and prayers during this time of grief.
