The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted approval to Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic Birnin Kebbi to commence seven degree programs affiliated with the Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK). This decision follows an assessment visit by NUC officials in July 2024 to evaluate the manpower available for running the programs.
The approved degree programs include B.Sc Accounting, B.Sc Business Administration, B.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Statistics, B.Sc Computer Science, B.Sc Architecture, and B.Sc Building.
