NUYOSS-FUGA Chapter Thanks Senior Special Assistant on Students’ Affairs for Visit, Presents Important Requests to Yobe State Government

The National Union of Yobe State Students (NUYOSS), Federal University Gashua Chapter, has expressed gratitude to the Senior Special Assistant on Students’ Affairs to the Governor of Yobe State, Rt. Hon. Alsafa, for his recent visit to the university.

The visit was seen as a demonstration of the government’s commitment to the welfare and future of students from Yobe State.

During the visit, Rt. Hon. Alsafa met with the Vice Chancellor, university management, and student leaders, listening to their challenges and concerns. The NUYOSS-FUGA Chapter has since presented seven key requests to the Yobe State Government through the office of the SSA, aimed at improving student life and academic experience.

The union believes that with the support of Rt. Hon. Alsafa, these requests will be considered and implemented, ultimately benefiting the students. The NUYOSS-FUGA Chapter looks forward to working closely with the SSA’s office to build a better future for Yobe State students.
