The NYSC Orientation Camp in Wannune, Benue State, witnessed a lively and exciting event as Platoon 1 and Platoon 7 emerged victorious in the much-anticipated "Big, Bold, and Beautiful" and "Macho" contests, respectively.

The NYSC Orientation Camp in Wannune, Benue State, witnessed a lively and exciting event as Platoon 1 and Platoon 7 emerged victorious in the much-anticipated "Big, Bold, and Beautiful" and "Macho" contests, respectively. The contests, which took place as part of the 2024 Batch B Stream 2 Orientation Course, aimed to boost the confidence of participants while fostering unity and entertainment among Corps Members.

The "Big, Bold, and Beautiful" contest was an empowering platform designed exclusively for plus-size female Corps Members, where participants showcased their beauty, confidence, and elegance. Platoon 1’s representative captivated the judges and audience with her poise and grace, securing the top spot in the pageantry. Her performance was marked by a stylish display of physical training attire, traditional wear, and the full NYSC ceremonial uniform.

In the highly competitive "Macho" contest, which focused on strength, physique, and charisma, Platoon 7's contestant impressed the panel of judges and the cheering crowd. His well-toned physique, combined with his confidence and showmanship, earned him the coveted title of "Mr. Macho."

The event, held at the camp's Multipurpose Hall, featured several rounds of competition where contestants were judged based on their overall appearance, confidence, creativity, and audience response. The contests were organized to enhance camaraderie, build self-esteem, and provide Corps Members with a fun-filled evening of entertainment.
