Osun State University Acknowledges N218.9 Million Loan Disbursement from NELFund

Osun State University has formally acknowledged the receipt of N218,954,500 from the Nigerian Educational Loan Fund (NELFund) as part of the first batch of loan disbursements for the 2023/2024 academic session. The funds, intended to support 717 students, were credited to the university’s account on September 9, 2024.
In a letter addressed to the Managing Director of NELFund, the Registrar, Mrs. Atinuke A. Oguntunde, expressed gratitude for the timely assistance, noting that the financial support is crucial for enhancing students' access to education.
She emphasized that this loan disbursement will significantly ease the financial burden on students, allowing them to focus on their academic pursuits.
The university looks forward to continued collaboration with NELFund to support its students in achieving their educational goals.
