IMAP Rector, Dr. Maifata, Decorates Orderly Hamisu Nata'ala with New NSCDC Rank
IMAP Acting Rector, Dr. Nurudeen Maifata, decorated his orderly, Hamisu Salihu Nata'ala, with the new NSCDC rank of Assistant Superintendent of Corps, commending his dedication and urging him to uphold the organization's values.
The Acting Rector of Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic (IMAP), Lafia, Dr. Nurudeen Mu'azu Maifata, on Monday, December 2, 2024, decorated his orderly, Hamisu Salihu Nata'ala, with his new rank of Assistant Superintendent of Corps (ASC) in the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC).
The decoration ceremony, held in the Rector's Office, was attended by prominent figures of the Polytechnic, including Registrar Zamani Habu Ibrahim, Bursar Zainab Dalhatu, and the Director of Information, Public Relations, and Protocol, Mukhtar Wakeel. The event also featured the presence of Nata'ala’s wife, Nasimat, his brother, Mohammed, and other well-wishers.
Hamisu Salihu Nata'ala, who was previously an Inspector of Corps in the NSCDC, received commendations from Dr. Maifata for his dedication, loyalty, and integrity. "Nata'ala has demonstrated endearing gallantry and resourcefulness in his duties. His promotion is well-deserved," said Dr. Maifata, urging him to uphold the NSCDC’s core values and maintain his exemplary conduct.
The Rector also extended gratitude to the NSCDC authorities for recognizing Nata'ala’s service with this elevation. He encouraged others to emulate Nata'ala’s commitment as a pathway to success in their careers.
The ceremony symbolized a celebration of dedication and service, further strengthening ties between the Polytechnic and the NSCDC.
