Philanthropist Engineer Ibrahim Alhassan Pledges to Sponsor Twenty Students' Registration and Support Girl-Child Education Centre

A philanthropist and community leader, Alhaji Ibrahim Alhassan, widely known as Engineer Burani, has pledged to sponsor the full registration fees for twenty (20) new students at the local college. This initiative is aimed at significantly boosting educational opportunities in Nguru and its surrounding areas.

Engineer Burani also committed support to the College’s Center for Gender Studies and Girl-Child Education. He described the center as a vital institution needed across the country, given the pivotal role that female education plays in national development.

These commitments were announced during a courtesy visit by Engineer Burani to the Provost's office. He commended the Provost’s dedication to repositioning the college as both timely and highly commendable.

In response to the generous offer, the Provost thanked the philanthropist for the visit and assured him that all donated resources would be utilized strictly for their intended purpose. The Provost also reciprocated the gesture by donating free admission forms for all twenty candidates to be sponsored by Engineer Burani.
