In an extraordinary display of determination, 19-year-old Nayzia Thomas has successfully graduated with a first-class Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Johnson County Community College, Kansas City, Missouri, United States. Nayzia, who faced the unique challenge of completing her final exams while in labor, scored an impressive GPA of 3.50.

Nayzia's remarkable journey unfolded when she decided to write her final papers while in the labor room, aiming to complete her semester before the arrival of her son, Anthony Johnson. Her goal was met, and she submitted her final exams just 12 hours before giving birth.

"SchooI is so important to me. I didn't want [pregnancy] to be in the way. That's what people expect. You're a teen mom, you're a young mother. That's why my mom took that picture," she explained.

Following Anthony's birth, Nayzia faced complications, experiencing significant blood loss and going into shock post-delivery. Despite these challenges, she emphasized the support she received from her son's father, who took over when she went unconscious. Nayzia expressed gratitude for the successful delivery of a healthy baby boy.
