PZ Cussons Nigeria Donates Advanced Lab Equipment to Michael Okpara University

PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc has donated equipment to enhance the Chemical Engineering and Chemistry laboratories at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. This contribution is part of a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PZ Cussons, the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP), and five other universities aimed at supporting research infrastructure.

The CEO of PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, Engr. Ifeanyichukwu Abadom, represented by the Supply Chain Director for Africa, highlighted the company's commitment to fulfilling the MoU's objectives during the donation ceremony.

Chief Uche Nnaji, Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, represented by Permanent Secretary Mrs. Esuabana Nko Asanye, praised PZ Cussons for its partnership with NOTAP in bolstering research capabilities at Nigerian universities. 

Dr. (Mrs.) Idoreyin Imiyoho, Acting Director General of NOTAP, also commended the collaboration, noting that PZ Cussons has been the sole industry partner in this project since its inception in 2014.
