Sa'adu Zungur University (SAZU) recently hosted the 1st Memorial Lecture in honor of Nigeria's first and only Prime Minister, Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa. The event was organized by the Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Centre for Peace and Security Studies.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Fatimah Tahir, expressed heartfelt gratitude and joy for the successful event, highlighting the importance of peace and national development. The lecture served as a platform for discussing critical issues related to peace, security, and national development.
