Sa'adu Zungur University Releases Guidelines for Collecting Statements of Result

The Academic Office of Sa'adu Zungur University, Bauchi, has issued a notice outlining requirements for graduated students to collect their Statements of Result.

To obtain their Statements of Result, graduates must provide the following documents:

1. One passport photograph

2. Completed Course Forms/Semester Forms/Exams Cards for each semester

3. SAZU Admission Letter

4. JAMB Admission Letter

5. Direct Entry (DE) Form (for 200L students)

6. JAMB Result

7. Primary School Certificate

8. Indigene Letter

9. Birth Certificate

10. Receipt of evidence of payment of school fees

After verifying these documents, graduates will receive their Statements of Result upon presentation of:

1. Duly signed Clearance Form by authorized officers

Graduates are advised to ensure they have all necessary documents before collecting their Statements of Result.
