In memory of the late Salome Acheju Abuh, a dedicated advocate for grassroots development, the Salome Acheju Abuh Foundation (SAAF), in partnership with UDAMA IGALA RADIO & TELEVISION (UIRTv), is pleased to announce scholarships for the 2024 academic session.

The SAAF aims to provide scholarships to approximately 180 students across six rural locations in Kogi State this academic session, continuing Salome Abuh’s legacy of empowering youth through education.

Salome Acheju Abuh was a committed wife, mother of four, grandmother of six, and a staunch advocate for rural development. Tragically, she lost her life when political thugs set fire to her home in Ochadamu. The SAAF was established to honor her legacy and support the education of underprivileged students in her name.
Application deadlne is 11th September 2024. This scholarship offers a unique opportunity for students in rural Kogi State to pursue their educational goals while being mentored to become responsible and well-behaved youth, continuing Salome Abuh's commitment to community development.
